Update Your Office Attire

Congrats to my friend, Tracy, who just got a new job!  When Tracy learned she'd be working in an office with a "business casual" dress code, she enlisted my help to prevent the "business" part from being too...business-ey.  Here were her goals for our shopping trip:

1. "I want pieces that are easy to mix and match so I don't have to spend a lot of time planning my outfit each morning."
2. "I want to be pushed out of my comfort zone and experiment with prints and textures."
3. "I still want to feel like ME!"

Check out the results from our shopping trip, and see if you feel inspired to give your office wardrobe a little update, too!

A blazer has a professional look to it and can be worn with nearly everything!  Tracy wanted one with a colored lining on the inside.  We found this one with a fun elbow patch detail at H&M:

The combination of the gauzy polka dot shirt and knit cardigan accomplishes the task of playing with different prints and textures - something new for Tracy:

French Connection
Black and white is a big trend this season.  This French Connection shirt is $128, but we found one just like it at H&M for $30!  It matches everything, and the details on the collar and wrists keep it polished, chic, and fun!

An office wardrobe isn't complete without the perfect coat!  This one from H&M has a professional and stylish look, while the cool details perfectly suit Tracy's fun personality:

GOOD LUCK AT YOUR NEW JOB, TRACE!  YOU'LL KILL IT!
