I'm In A Neutral State of Mind

There is NOTHING like a cozy jacket or sweater to keep you nice n' toasty during the cold winter months!  Sometimes, it's nice to take a break from bright colors and bold patterns, and stick with a neutral color palette for a look that's a LEETLE bit softer!  Just remember that wearing cozier threads doesn't mean you have to be boring.  Au contraire, mes amies!  When rocking neutral colors, try to find pieces with elements that make them stand out - like an interesting pattern, unusual texture, or strategically placed detail.  Below are some of my current favorite styles, along with their more budget-friendly counterparts.  Here's to coziness!!!

Try a super soft, two tone coat.  I DIE for these and have been eyeing the one from Pixie Market for MONTHS...the two colors are such a cool, unexpected twist for your outerwear.

Light-colored cable sweaters SCREAM winter! LOVE the crest detail on the Topshop option.  Wear alone or with a button up shirt underneath for a cozy winter look.
Cashmere cable cowlneck sweater

A faux fur vest just oozes style!  It's IMPOSSIBLE to make one look bad.  Worn over anything (and there are LOTS of different ways to wear it), it'll look warm AND chic!

ModCloth Festival Fervor Vest - $82.99
